Ever wondered how to read a map? Wish you knew a bit more about geography and the layout of the world? We've got you! Join us for a very special Library Academy series of programs, presented by Siera Wigfield, Senior Planner, Planning & Land Management, Garrett County Government. This session will provide practical, modern map-reading and geographic literacy skills—especially understanding digital mapping tools and using the County’s public GIS maps confidently.
About our Library Academy series: These classes are held monthly and, like everything else in the Library, are free – we’re here to help our community grow!
