All branches of the Ruth Enlow Library will be closed on Thursday, December 24th & Friday, December 25th in observance of the Christmas holiday. We will reopen on Saturday at our normal time.
Presidents' Day Closing
All Ruth Enlow Library of Garrett County branches will be closed on Monday - February 16th in observance of Presidents' Day. We will reopen at our regular hours on Tuesday - February 17th.
