Presidents' Day Closing

All Ruth Enlow Library of Garrett County branches will be closed on Monday - February 16th in observance of Presidents' Day. We will reopen at our regular hours on Tuesday - February 17th.

Who knew you could enjoy a good cup of coffee and paint with it, too! Join us to create a work of art by using coffee as the primary media. And of course, there will be coffee to enjoy for some "caffeinated" inspiration!
