All branches of the Ruth Enlow Library system close early at 5:30 PM on December 31, 2020 for New Year's Eve.
Presidents' Day Closing
All Ruth Enlow Library of Garrett County branches will be closed on Monday - February 16th in observance of Presidents' Day. We will reopen at our regular hours on Tuesday - February 17th.
