All Ruth Enlow Library of Garrett County branches will be closed on Monday - February 16th in observance of Presidents' Day. We will reopen at our regular hours on Tuesday - February 17th.

Children's Hour is a Story Time program designed for preschoolers ages 3 and up. This program promotes creative expression, social skills, listening comprehension, and school readiness through stories, STEM activities, games, music and crafts.

Make Your Own- Crystal Paintings & Crystal Sculptures
