All Ruth Enlow Library of Garrett County branches will be closed on Monday - February 16th in observance of Presidents' Day. We will reopen at our regular hours on Tuesday - February 17th.

Event Details

This year's drawing will not only include this year's STARRY STARRY NIGHT quilt, but also last year's MEANDERING ALONG THE YOUGH.  Last year's quilt was gifted back to the Quilters by the winner.

Tickets are available at Ruth Enlow Library Branches, Friendsville Town Hall, S&S Market, First United Bank in Friendsville, Friendsville Pharmacy

 Tickets are $1 each or 6 for $5.
