Occurring on the 3rd Tuesday of the month at the Grantsville branch, representatives from the Garrett County Department of Social Services will be in the library to serve the community through their assistance outreach program. 

Young Readers' Book Club is a book discussion group for children in grades 6 and up. Programs are held on the third Tuesday of every month September through November and January through May.

Join us for a story time designed for children ages 3 and up. This program promotes creative expression, social skills, listening comprehension, and school readiness through stories, STEM activities, games, music and crafts.

Join us for SuGO™, the not-so-ancient art of building Sumo Wrestling Robots using Lego Mindstorms. Participants will construct a SuGObot and then test their designs in a knock-down double-elimination SuGO™ tournament.

Celebrate Earth Day with upcycling! Shannon Tomac, fellow community artist, will lead us in making cute reusable bags out of old t-shirts. Please bring your own cotton t-shirt that you don't mind cutting.
